Illuminations is a custom service place for your bridal gown, bridesmaid gown, prom gown, and casual wear alterations.
I also make custom-designed bridal veils, and provide calligraphy for your wedding invitations and place cards.
Fine art calligraphic pieces with watercolor illustration are available for that unique & personalized gift for a wedding, anniversary, birth of a baby, or any other special occasion.
ALERT! I have heard from a local dress shop that prom gowns that are ordered are taking longer to come in this year! Manufacturers are not keeping as many on hand, but rather they are making them as ordered. It’s going to be more difficult to get your gown in on time if you wait too long. Also, there are rush job fees for alteration rush jobs. Moral of the story: Plan now – Shop early – Order early – Make alteration appointments as soon as your gown comes in.
